So the flats in Peterborough are coming along and we need to fill them We are looking for support workers to make a difference in our residents lives.
As a successful member of our team, you will be facilitating daily living support for our service users, which may include but not limited to meal preparation, medication administration, house tidying, shopping, daily shift-based event report writing.
You will be required to work as part of a flexible rota which includes some rota-based sleep-ins per week. You will be able to communicate and write daily reports in the English language.
Although previous experience in a similar role is desirable, this is however not essential as full training will be provided. It is also desirable that you have access to your own means of transportation and can drive if possible as the role may require you to drive some of the individuals we support to activities. Mileage will be paid.

Qualification:
• Good literacy, adequate IT skills for typing reports on tablets and sending emails on computers.

Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. A positive and a willingness to learn is however a necessity.
